I help small businesses understand the financial side of running and growing a company, from true cost and pricing to cash flow and planning. I also work on the growth side: increasing foot traffic, understanding your return on investment and return on ad spend, and building advertising that actually works, including video ads.

My approach is to teach you to fish. I would rather show you how your marketing and your numbers work so you can run them yourself than keep you dependent on an outside hand. That said, if you would prefer to have your advertising managed for you, I offer that on a retainer basis as well. Either way, the goal is growth you understand and control.

As a Certified Nonprofit Professional (CNP), I help mission-driven organizations build genuine financial sustainability. I bring real depth in fundraising, not only in pursuing grants, but in reducing dependence on them.
