I spent over a decade in financial services, advising individuals and families across every income level. I also went through losing nearly everything and rebuilding from the bottom up. That combination is the heart of how I work, understanding both the mechanics of money and the weight it carries, because money problems are usually a symptom of something deeper.
Here is the truth I learned the hard way: my life did not come apart because of money. It came apart because there was a deeper problem underneath. I had never gotten clear about what I actually valued. The financial wreckage came later, as a consequence. That experience taught me something most financial advice ignores: money trouble is usually a symptom, not the root. People rarely struggle because they lack information. They struggle because money gets tangled up with fear, identity, and patterns they were never taught to examine. Getting clear about what you value, and then understanding how money actually works, is what changes that. And that clarity is exactly what I help people find.
My work is education, not sales. I do not sell products, earn commissions, or push you toward any particular decision. Whether you are getting your financial house in order, making sense of your insurance options of any kind, or simply want an objective second set of eyes on what a professional is recommending, my job is to help you understand how things actually work so you can decide with confidence. It matters just as much for someone doing well as for someone starting over.
That approach applies whether you are an individual, a business owner, or a nonprofit leader. The goal is always the same: turn clarity into a clear, actionable path, and take financial stress off your plate instead of adding to it.
I am also a Certified Nonprofit Professional (CNP) and the author of a forthcoming personal finance book, written for exactly the people the financial industry tends to overlook.
